Celio has dedicated his career to the deli business, having worked for over 22 years at a well-known establishment. He has a wealth of experience as a chef, honing his skills in selecting and preparing the freshest meats, crafting sandwiches that are both delicious and satisfying, and creating sides that perfectly complement our deli offerings. He brings this expertise to our deli, ensuring that every dish is made with the highest quality ingredients and expert preparation.
Fernando, on the other hand, has worked for over 21 years in the bagel business also at a well-known establishment. He has experience as a bagel baker, counterman, and chef, and has a deep understanding of the importance of quality ingredients and expert preparation. He brings this same level of attention to detail to our deli, ensuring that every sandwich and side dish is made to perfection.
